To become a chapter member, you first need to become a member of the national organization, American Art Therapy Association (AATA), and then select to add membership to a state chapter. The website for AATA is www.arttherapy.org.
One first needs to obtain a master's degree in Art Therapy. Then, one applies for a Provisional License as one completes their post graduate requirements. Details can be found on the MS Department of Health website. The website is www.msdh.ms.gov.
